Shipping

Sha La Sha doesn't ship outside of the United States. (Domestic shipping only) Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship orders. All packages are shipped via USPS. Please ensure that all shipping information is entered to completion and is 100% accurate.

Returns & Exchanges

Sorry but at this time Sha La Sha Shoetique  doesn't  accept refunds or exchanges. ALL items are final sale.

Tracking packages

 When you purchase at Sha La Sha Shoetique online you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Please copy and paste the tracking number from your email to the  "TRACK MY ORDER" tab on the Sha La Sha Shoetique webpage. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become available. Your tracking number will be emailed to the email provided at checkout. Please check your spam mail if you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours.

Payment

All Sha La Sha Shoetique payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major debit and credit cards. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal.

Please make sure all credit/debit information is correctly entered at checkout. We do have the right to refuse payment if fraudulent activity is suspected.
